Our Returns Policy Upon receiving your item, you must check it quickly and always before use. You have the right to change your mind as long as the item is not opened or used. You have 14 days to return your order under our return policy using our online Return Centre which starts on the day after you received your item.
All Shoes and Trainers are non-refundable. So please make sure you order the correct size and style when purchasing.
Received the Wrong item We apologise if you have received the wrong item by mistake but these things do happen although it's not common. We want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must enter your order details into our online Returns Centre but it must be in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.
Damaged or faulty items Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you believe that the item is faulty, please enter your details into our Returns Centre or email us using email@example.com
Item not received We apologise if you have not received your item. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 14 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and you will receive a refund for the item or items you have returned. This does not include any previously paid delivery charges and a credit will automatically be applied your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
